While working , I was given the task to develop a hardware simulation of the mobile channel alongwith two juniors. This, being quite a tough project, we constantly required the guidance of our guide. But then he went outside India for an assignment and we were left wholly on our own. My team mates wanted top drop the project since we were facing consistent problems. I realized this and started motivating them. I read the whole thing on my own and started to give them the clear directions as to how they should approach the problem.
