Lane Frost - Cowboy Legend

When the word legend is heard, the instant thought of a story, myth, or even hero enters into one’s thoughts. What makes a person eligible to known as a legend? Is it their personality? Is it what they accomplished in their lifetime? Or is it that they influenced people during and after their life?
Lane Frost was a man who has wonderful answers to all of those questions. Lane was a man who was described as:
“… [someone who] help[ed] in the chutes, never said no to a fan, never kicked at the earth or threw his hat in public after an unfair low score. [he was] a good friend, [and] a good husband.” (Kellie Frost 1993 Cheyenne Statute Dedication) Clyde and Elsie Frost once said, “If people remember one thing about Lane we’d want it to be that he was a kind person and knew Jesus.” (Lanefrost.com)
