Schwarzenegger Uses Talk Radio to Start Spelling Out His Views

It’s obvious that the Republicans want the governor spot & it’s just as obvious that Arnold Schwarzenegger is the popular vote amongst people for governor, then why don’t the republicans fully support Arnold and force the other republican candidates to drop-out of the race?
What does “politician spending cap” mean? Is that even legal?
With the economic deficit that California is in, could a spending cap even be establish?
Why must Arnold appeal so much to the conservative republicans if Californians are mostly liberal and the California State Legislator is full of Democrats, besides the fact that most the top republicans endorse him already?
