In the 19th century, there was an emergence of perspectives on sociology such as conflict perspective, interaction symbolism, consensus or materialism or idealism… There were also the appearances of famous sociologist who had important effect on our life nowadays. They are Durkheim, Karl Marx, Parsons…They are known as the pioneers of sociology. Among of them, Karl Marx was the most important sociologist because of his perspectives on class conflict, revolution, and materialism. He was the one who set the basis for communism.

Known as a structuralism, materialism, conflict theorist and nomothetic theorist, Marx concerned about critique of capitalism, unemployment, and inequality. The key question of Marxism is the source of inequality and change. He wanted to create a utopia which can be only realized in communist society. He believed through revolution society can reach to a classlessness and justice. In my opinion, the most important Marx’s theories are material...
