Outline:
The questions that I am asking pertain to the important aspects of the individual’s job. They will cover supervision, leadership, working conditions, infrastructure, and general information. The person to be interviewed is Ben Abbey, a supervisor at my local Pharma Plus store. The questions are listed below.

1. If one were to change positions, what kind of reorganization, reassignment of work, and new functions would a new employee have to learn?

2. What are the tasks being performed, and how long does it take you to complete each task in a percentage value?

3. To whom or to what is the task directed?
