Yet through all of these fairy-tale stories, none stands out more to me than that of Jennifer Capriati; an extremely talented young tennis star who lost her way on the road to success and superstardom. She began as a tennis prodigy, then turned into a rebellious teenager in trouble with the law, and finally after years of struggle she made it to that perfect story book ending.
Jennifer Capriati was born on March 29, 1976 on Long Island, NY. She was born to her Italian father Stefano and New Yorker mother Denise. Jennifer lived in Spain until the age of four, at which point her and her family relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area of Florida.
