1. What is the problem outlined in the Case Study?
The problem is that the maths teacher wants to set up a spreadsheet so he can look how the students are going with ease. And work out their grades and class averages on the spreadsheet. Also it should show wether the student has past or failed the class.

2. What are the needs of the user/s?
The needs of the user, is to be able to mark his students by using a spreadsheet. And also to look at the results of their maths work, and grade them using the correct formulae.
