Ishmael

Albert Einstein once said, “A human being is part of the whole, called by us universe, a part limited in time and space”. Have you ever wondered how we came to be on this earth? The first thing that comes to our mind is the idea that God created us. The Alternative is we have evolved into what we are today. In Daniel Quinn’s novel Ishmael, the narrator and Ishmael explore these issues in great deal. Ishmael is trying to teach the narrator how to save the world from a war, a war caused by our own life styles. Humans are attacking on the community of life because they make the assessment that they are central to the universal and their self-centered life style has a priority over everything else. My paper will analyze the war and the reasons Takers are waging war on the community of life.
