The time is upon us again. That critical time to decide to fight, or to have peace. It is one or the other, but not the decision of the people. This is the decision of the U.S. government. Is Saddam Hessian a mad man that just wants to blow up the world, or is he just like others in the world and wants the U.S. to stop being terrorists.
