The Reagan Administration supposedly promised this to their American citizens. Along with many other Western countries on terrorism acts. Though our own government went behind our backs to develop a secret deal, the selling of arms for hostages can be justified. Though using that money to contribute to hundreds of thousands of deaths is morally wrong. For all the administrators that helped contribute to this horrible affair one distinct person is repeatedly overlooked. The one who repeatedly preached gI was out of the loop...h (New Yorker...)
