For this interview, I decided to interview my friend, Sally, who has been suffering from severe depression, panic attacks and anxiety for 8 years. She has struggled to overcome this illness in many different ways, but as you will see, this illness is debilitating and she continues to struggle everyday.
It all started 8 years ago with a simple panic attack. She said at first she didn’t know what it was, she actually thought she was having a heart attack. After the attack subsided, she talked to her cousin who told her she suffered from the same thing. Sally didn’t think too much of it then, and she didn’t have another one for more than a year.
She was in a very unhealthy relationship at the time, she was doing a lot of drugs, and she knew she had to get out of the relationship. Her boyfriend had stolen about $500 dollars from her to support his drug habit. But getting away from him was harder than she thought. She loved him, she was l...
