Interpersonal Skills

I had experienced on the project that gave me the opportunity to utilize and expand my interpersonal skill among my teammates and the users. My first project was to create a Statewide Call Centre Program using MS Access database to build an automated system to track phone call from senior citizen about their concerns health care. I was the project lead for this program; therefore, I was required to interact and communicate with the users and my teammates effectively and under deadlines. Before the project started, I established relationships between the users and my teammates one by one to determine how we could work together to make the program more efficient and user friendly. Once a week, I set up a meeting with my teammates to go over the problems and to facilitate solutions.
