When I first started work as a student technician in the Tech Support department for my college, I thought it will be an experience. It has been two years since then and this job has opened my eyes to the world of emerging technologies. One of the most significant was internet monitoring. I recall my own personal experience when I was subject to such monitoring. Jane, my boss and Mitchell, our senior network specialist, were working on software that allows technicians to fix their clients PCs without leaving their desks. It means the technicians on the basement level could login and troubleshoot their clients PCs on the fifth floor, remotely.
