In today’s world, sports have gone to a new level of competition and excitement. Most sports nowadays consist of stronger, faster, smarter, and more prepared athletes . Young teenagers all over the world start training at a very competitive level to succeed and make a career at the sport that they love. Everyday , athletes become stronger and better at there sport at a young age, this is happening because teenagers are physically training every single day non stop to improve there skills and perform better at there sport. Teenagers will train allday, everyday, just to succeed and accomplish there dreams of becoming professional athletes, but dreams are very often ruined because these athletes push there bodies to the extreme without rest and run into serious physical injuries.
