Ethics in the workplace can be studied from several different vantagepoints. Some definitions may be helpful. Organizational ethics represents how the organization is perceived externally – its public face. Group ethics represents a subset of the organization that has a distinct moral code that may not be in alignment with the organization’s ethical views.
