In order for me to complete my system, I had to do several things. They were:

„« Create a set of initial slides. These must include all basic information which is required. A Master slide must also be included in this.

„« Create a set of finals slides which will be shown as the presentation. A Master slide isn¡¦t necessary.


„« Create slides which are easily amended


All of the above subtasks will be done using the Microsoft Publisher package which is part of the compute software. This is very user friendly.


Initial Slides

First of all, I had to decide on a background colour. This colour would be same for all the slides. Once chosen, if this colour isn¡¦t to be approved of, then it will be changed.
