If something is true, does it need to be true everywhere?

Another argument of truth is that, truth can be seen from a lot of different perspective as well. Although this is relative truth, since it’s a view or experience of someone, rather than a standard fact which remains constant through out. This point can clearly be seen in the example in which, there is a car crash, and two different people see the crash from two different views. Now what is true to one person might not be true to the other. You can also at the person who experienced the crash. His perspective of the truth will be the most reliable because he experienced it.
