If I was in charge of the world for a day

I am given twenty-four hours to change the world. Throughout my life, I have always looked at the world from the perspective of how I can best make my mark upon it.
As an artist, I have been lucky to receive the gift of creation. Now, I have been granted the ultimate paintbrush, the world handed over as my canvas. Before I begin my work, I realize I need to sketch out my idea on how to implement the changes I had in mind. In order to do that though, I call for a model that represents how the world runs.
When I make this request, I am handed a painting. Now, the painting I have been handed is remarkable. What is special about this particular painting is that it is forever changing. As I look closely, I cannot help but notice that with each image formed, there are imperfections.
