Anet Reclusado works at the Human resources department at Signature Fruit (formerly Tri Valley Growers). They are a fruit processing plant. They used to also process tomatoes. They had the labels of S & W products and also Libby pumpkin products. Human resources take care of the employees of the company.
Anet’s title is Human Resource Manager,, but she wears many different hats, depending on the season. Signature Fruit is a cannery, so most of the employees work during the months of May, June through September, October depending on what their job is. During the “off-season” Anet is the jack of all trade, the plant manager, secretary and HR Manager. During the “season” she has a lot more help. They are called seasonal employees. Anet has been with the company for 17 years.
