HR.com, is a website that offers decision making information in the Human Resource Management field. It provides input on how to successfully manage the personnel side of a business. In order to access the detailed information one has to register for a free membership into the website. The site in loaded with daily news and weekly columns of different HR aspects. There are also eight HR communities that appear in colored tabs near the top of the page. These communities are Compensation and Benefits, HR Information Systems, HR Management, Labor Relations, Legal, Organizational Development, Staffing, and Training and Development.
