I had the opportunity to interview John Williams who is in charge of the Human
Resource Department of Godwin Corporation. Gordwin Corporation is a Health Care
firm based in Maryland. Their duty is to provide personel for management of
clinical services for goverment departments all over the States. Godwin
Corporations currently holds health care services in the Department of Defense
and other Corporations.
Human Resource Management is an important aspect in such an organization
because it helps them achieve their goals. By having the Department of Human
Resources provides the organization with a positive and motivation working
