Human Resouces Duties

If you would have asked me a few years ago, “What is an organization’s Human Resources (HR) role and responsibility? I probably would have said to find potential candidates for hire at their agency. However, I am presently working on a proposal for a nonprofit corporation and know firsthand just how important HR is to an organization, and how this Department ties or fits into an organization. I am also employed at (name of agency)a mental health/mental retardation agency in( city). ? is the Director of Human Resources.
