Huck Finn Commentary

We believe in Huck’s character because he is a child, who is innocent, naive, honest and compassionate. He is also little or not biassed to anyone. The traits Huck has that make us buy into his narration is he’s innocent and naive, Huck is still a child and doesn’t really treat anyone in the society different except the slaves like Jim at the beginning of the novel over time Huck begins to realize Jim is a real human being and not a lower form of life. Huck sees that Jim has a family after he finds out Jim is a real human being he begins to treat him way better.
Most people in Huck’s society are biassed against black people, they treat them in manly like their an object not a real person. Once we get further into the novel Huck begins to treat slaves the same way he would treat ...
