Howard Dean
Howard Dean is a Democratic candidate running for the 2004 election. Dean's standpoint on many issues are very good. Some of them in particular being Environment and Energy, Health Care, and Social Issues. He was elected into office as Vermont state representative, 1983-1986, Vermont lieutenant governor, 1986-91, and Vermont governor, 1991-2003.
