The world of today is not the same as the one of the yesterday – nor will it be the same tomorrow. In the field of intense competition, globalisation compels managers to make decisions in the shadow of uncertainty. There is a statement that says, “A good improvisation is a result of well orchestrated rehearsal.” It is related to the experience and proper training that enable managers to act adequately in risky situations.
