How to do Research on Dolores Huerta

When I looked at the topics given out for this research assignment, I tried to decide which of these subjects most interested me. I saw the subject of Latina/Chicana labor organizers and realized that I could enlist the help of many of my friends who are themselves organizers. I called my friend Saul Castillo who lives here in Madison and is active in many of the labor unions not only in Madison, but also in Janesville, Wisconsin where he works at General Motors. He recommended researching Dolores Huerta, who was the vice president of the United Farm Workers Association. She was a role model for many migrant workers, especially those who were female.
