HOW THE NAZIS WERE ABLE TO ATTRACT OVER 13 MILLION VOTES IN 1932

We learn from document (a),written by a petty tradesman, that people in Germany were starving, -”…I made a living like a peddler…”-,and cause of this famine were the taxes, inflation imposed by the communist government that as doc. (a) says “deprived me of all means of livelihood», also this man of the document ,like many other mans in the same conditions, was a soldier that fought in front line during the ww1 and be treated like this now ,after they defended their country so bravely, is to them unacceptable.
So this class needed employment (“I moved to Shoenbeck where unemployment forced me on the dole”) and Hitler’s government promised them a job as the 7th point of the German Worker’s party (GWP) says:» we demand that the first priority of the state is to ensure that its citizens have a job and decent life» and this was very attractive in an unemployment and starvation period!
