How might you show, theatrically, the different attitudes towards love in Romeo and Juliet putting the action and ideas in the context of the 16th century England?

Romeo and Juliet, a play of love and death written by a man called William Shakespeare in the 16th century. It tells a story of two “star-crossed lovers” (from the prologue) doomed to meet, and to die together. For their two families, Montague and Capulet have an “ancient grudge” and keep fighting and brawling and the only way to stop it is with the death of their children. For love overcomes all and is the most powerful thing. The play is set in fair Verona, in Italy, and is very short, its set over 4 days.

This play was played in England as a live performance; the play would be played in Shakespeare’s theatre called the Globe in London at Southwark on the south of Thames, and later as new theatres sprang up, all around England. Lord Mayors tried to shut them down because they thought they were profane and ungodly, but already thousands attended them. They even took away workmen since they started at two. But Queen Elizabeth the 1st enjoyed them so she protected them
