HOW HAS THE HISTORY OF JUDAISM LED TO JEWS BEING A SIGNIFICANT RELIGIOUS GROUP TODAY?

The history of Judaism has played a very significant and important role in how Jews are seen as a religious group today. Many factors have contributed to this; Abraham, Moses, the Exile and the laws and practises that Jews follow.

Abraham is probably one of the most significant people in the Jewish History. This is because he was the one person who created and championed the belief that there is only one God as opposed to other religions who believe in many Gods. It is for this reason that he is known as the “father” of the Jewish faith.
