HOW FREE TRADE AND GLOBALIZATION SOLVES POVERTY

The world is divided, not by a wall, but on how developed a country is. On one side, we have rich and semi rich countries, countries that have mostly democratic governments and the flow of money is free and protected. The other side is made up of poor countries that mostly do not have freely elected governments, but a dictator living in luxury and that rules the country while everyone else lives in poverty. There are many reasons for the poverty, it could be for example that the country has civil wars, or droughts. The little money the country might export goes through major companies and the dictator to the rich countries.

It is shown that economic growth is a major factor to reducing poverty . Free trade and globalization is good for everyone, especially if you live in the Northern Hemisphere or other rich countries.
