How do I know I know I know?

Firstly, to make this easier to understand I will rephrase the question: “how do I know that the knowledge I posses is the truth?” well in answer to this question, I believe that there are to ways of knowing, through experience and living through something (A Posteori) and knowing something through gut instinct and emotion (A Priory). Obviously there are more theories of knowledge which all make perfect sense but some can explain things where as others cant.
The correspondence and coherency theory shows how people can know something but the difference is proving that you know it. for example, we have all seen a bird and know that it has wings, this is the correspondence theory. Knowing something is true but not actually having a personal experience of it is the coherency theory, e.g. we know the earth is round but we haven’t personally gone up into space to have a look, we have used secondary sources to gain this information.
