Facts:

Horton was convicted on armed robbery charges by the lower courts. A police officer had probable cause that Horton had committed the robbery. He proceeded to further investigate him and obtained a search warrant by the state, which had the following restriction that the officer could search, the defendants’ home for only the proceeds of the robbery.
