Today some companies still believe that formal dress for work gives employees a sense of belonging to the organisation, helps discipline , and presents a good imgae of the company to outsiders. However other companies believe that relaxing dres rules some or all of the time makes people feel more appreciated, eneocuages, creativity, and improves company's morale and productivity. Assess the case for both of these points of view as fully as you can. State your opinion and give your reasons.
