Hitler

“The choice of advisors is of no little import to a prince; and they may be good or not, according to the wisdom of the prince. The first thing one does to evaluate the wisdom of a ruler is to examine the men that he has around him.” This is a quote stated by Machiavelli, from the “The Portable Machiavelli”. He is describing to judge a leader by assessing his followers and how much of an impact he has brought to that organization. This is an excellent description on defining a great leader. A leader is a person who has the ability to acquire people to commit to achieve a goal of an organization. A person I believe had the most impact and effectiveness and success in correlation with his immediate staff would be Adolf Hitler. He is the founder and leader of the Nazi party, Reich Chancellor and guiding spirit of the Third Reich from 1933 to 1945, Head of State and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces; he is obviously a figure of historical significance Being a great leade...
