The History of Boeing

I picked the topic about Boeing because it is one of the most recognized aircraft, and technological manufacturer in the world, with some of the best aircraft, and gadgets and computer systems ever made and cutting edge up to date technology. I also picked Boeing because they were pretty much the first ones to start heavy with aircraft development and the first to start the production of space craft including the Apollo and now today’s modern space shuttle.
In 1903, these two events started the modern aviation history. The Wright brothers made their first flight in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and William Boeing born in Detroit left Yale engineering college and went to the west coast.
He made his fortune in Grays Harbor, Washington trading forest lands, then he moved to Seattle in 1908, then two years later went to Los Angeles for the first American air meet. William tried to get a ride in one of the many airplanes ...
