Information Technology High Level Review
1. There is the beginnings of an IT Strategy. The Capacity Building Projects Committee has an IT Strategy component lead by the ISM. The IT Strategy is still short-range and covers plans up to the end of the financial year (March 2001).
2. Information Systems operating procedures have not been documented, however the documentation of these procedures is part of the plan for Performance Management, and the process has begun.
3. Logical has not provided BBS with the best of service during the period under review. It was recommended some time ago that the maintenance agreement be revisited ...
