Helping other nations or not

Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education

We could look into this matter from different aspects of life.
First of all from the point of view of humanity it is the duty of all human beings to save man-kind from poverty ,hunger and illiteracy.
Secondly if we research on this socially and politically we will reach to this conclusion that it`s to the benefit of wealthier nations to help poors by providing such things as food and education for a better world to live in.
I start with a famous poem from an Iranian poet called “Saadi” who said:

“and God considers their role equally important”
