Harsh Realities

Have you ever had a child ask you a question without knowing how to respond to it? Many parents get these questions every day, and are not sure whether to pass them off or be honest and explain. Just think about what you would say if your kindergartener asked you what death is. Or where a baby comes from. Would you want to explain it in detail or tell the child to go ask the other parent? This is a topic of interest in America today, and many feel it should be dealt with reasonably.
The harsh realities of the world today make it even harder to raise children in an open manor. Wanting to protect a child from everything, parents try to avoid certain questions that will create interest or confusion. If this is the best way of dealing with things, it is your own personal opinion.
