The Evils of Harry Potter


Recently, Harry Potter books have taken bookstores by storm. Children of all ages, even young and old adults have been enchanted by the adventures of this little boy. It has been sold to over five million people in Great Britain, and over seven million people in the United States. However, because of the various themes in the book, such as spells, sorcery, witchcraft, and divination, this book has brought up quite the controversy with some of the believers of the Christian faith. They believe that the series is wrong and should be banned from schools, which has already taken place at some.
The first object that has received a lot of attention is the thunderbolt symbol on Harry’s head. It can be seen on the cover of the book, and is talked about throughout it.
