That is running at 640*480 in max colours and max everything with 3d sound enabled etc...
With a few tweaks and compromises here and there halflife will probably run pretty smooth.
Halflife has a pretty average frame rate on this box. However, when there's a lot on screen (like if you smash a few crates or something collapses) it has a job coping (down to about 4 or 5 FPS).
