Guns, Violence and Education

A few isolated, yet gruesome events take place in our vast nation and we go into a frenzy. Clothes,

bad parenting, social morality and Marilyn Manson. Everyone and everything is subject to blame, to be cast

before the unwavering castigation of the public`s pointer finger. Every facet of these little murderers lives

are being considered as contributing factors in the creation of these teenaged "monsters". It has become a

modern day witch hunt in this country to try and find out what is causing these kids to just decide, one day,

to take a gun to school and kill his classmates and teachers. It may sound morbid to most, but I think we are

wasting our time and recources trying to figure out a solution to this "problem". Now before questioning my

value of human life, let me explain.


People are now pushing for school safety and the goverment is answering with so-called
"BigBrother" tactics. This includes; hiring more police officers and security guards...
