Group Conflicts

Well, it was certainly an interesting class. At the beginning I was just looking around the class trying to imagine what the others were thinking. I was afraid to open up, nervous, uncertain of what might happen if I opened up and said what I really thought. I imagine the others were having the same doubts and thoughts. There was silence, awkwardness, and confusion about what we were supposed to be doing. Nevertheless we couldn’t wait to get things moving. The discussions started out bit by bit. We were stalling for something interesting to say; however somewhere in the middle of the class things got heated even though no one threw chairs or left the room crying.
