Goal achievement

Achieving a goal is a big success for me. As a student in a Business Communication Course, I am achieving several communication processes: How to react?, How to communicate with people?, How to explain something, even simplest thing in a easiest way? How to receive and respond to negative messages? People react in different ways. For some people these questions are big task and for others it would be easy.
