Do Environmental Restrictions Violate Basic Economic Freedoms?

YES-John Shanahan
Shanahan argues that the environment is in no state of emergency, and with proper actions, the idea of using protected lands is a wise decision. People do want to see the environment protected, but in the same breath many other important issues are raised which seem to move ahead of it. There is the idea of our economy, a most vital part of the worlds stability, but more importantly our own. Then we must deal with the taxing and the funding. It simply becomes to many extra dollars taken out of our pockets to work, when we could be using it to put money back in them. As Shanahan states, ?...
