He played with the Boston Red sox (1914-1919),New York Yankees (1920-1934) And Boston Braves (1935). The Great Bambino had a lifetime batting average of .342 in 2,503 he is still the all time leader in slugging (.690), home-run percentage (8.5 homeruns in every 100 at bats) and runs batted in (2,217). He led the American 13 times in slugging, 12 times in home runs, 11 times in base on balls, eight times in runs and six times in runs batted in.
