Gattaca

Gattaca was movie about genetic engineering. Vincent was a guy who was born with a heart condition and did not have a long life to live. All he wanted to do was get into Gattaca, a space program. They would not take him because they would rather have a person more reliable then him. Jerome who was engineered to be almost inhuman had an accident one day. He ended up giving away his identity to Vincent for a price so he could get into Gattaca.
The movie Gattaca was about altering genetics. The filmmakers were trying to tell us that if you are made out to be the perfect person that does not mean you are better than anyone else...
