Responding to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati's charges, Union Tourism and Culture Minister Jagmohan said on Monday, "The matter is sub-judice. The CBI is conducting an inquiry on orders from the Supreme Court. The CBI would be submitting its report to the Court and the apex court will decide in this matter."
