Ever since it was founded Waitakere City has been called ‘The Gem’ of Auckland City. It is a role model for other cities wanting to represent New Zealand’s clean and green identity. Although most people don’t realize, it is one of the world’s most beautiful cities which is why I selected Waitakere City as an aspect of living in New Zealand.
