When we sometimes feel we have overcome an obstacle, we fail to realize that there is still a hurdle yet to overcome. For most of us returning to school was an obstacle, having to in turn “bond” with people we didn’t know, much less know about, was our hurdle. As we got placed into teams we had to familiarize ourselves with one another, with each other’s work ethics and with one another’s differences.
