In recent years there has been several new approaches to the staffing of Automobile Factories within the United States, specifically aligned to large industrial companies such as Ford Motor and Chrystler. Ford Motor Company is the second largest automotive manufacturer, with manufacturing, sales and assembly offices in (30) countries, one of Ford’s challenges is effective human resources delivery.
